π― Role Purpose
As a Service Specialist, you will represent Momentumβs brand by delivering exceptional client service across multiple channels. Your main focus will be increasing client loyalty by providing efficient, accurate, and world-class service in a fast-paced environment. Handling inquiries, processing client instructions, and resolving complex queries with care and professionalism will be your core responsibility.
π Key Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver consistent, positive, and professional service via phone, email, and manual processing.

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and regulatory guidelines (POPIA, FAIS, FICAA, etc.).

Accurately capture and process client instructions within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.

Proactively request missing information to ensure compliance and seamless service delivery.

Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed throughout the service process.

Collaborate with team members on projects, transactional indexing, and cleanup tasks.

Uphold Client Centric and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

Take ownership of reputational and financial risk associated with client interactions.

Contribute to team targets and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Maintain and develop professional and industry knowledge to enhance service excellence.
β Requirements & Qualifications
-
2 to 3 years relevant experience in Investment, Insurance, or Financial Services.

Strong client service and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Tech savvy with problem-solving ability.
-
Understanding of relevant legislation (POPIA, GDPR, TCF, FAIS, AML, FATCA, etc.) is an advantage.

Grade 12 or equivalent with Maths and/or Accounting.

B.Com Finance/Investments or related qualification is a plus.

Knowledge of Momentum Investments products, processes, and systems beneficial.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable with dual-screen navigation.
