Role Overview:
As a Service Specialist: MI Data, you will be at the forefront of enhancing data processes, analyzing information, and delivering exceptional service. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to identify trends, resolve data issues, and improve client experiences. Your work will directly impact Momentum’s client service strategies while adhering to company policies and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Service Excellence: Deliver top-tier service to both internal and external clients.
✔ Data Investigation & Analysis: Identify and analyze data discrepancies, proposing solutions to improve data integrity and client service.
✔ Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to enhance business processes, improve service delivery, and identify automation opportunities.
✔ Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring issues and work with management to implement corrective actions.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement: Provide insightful reports and engage regularly with business stakeholders to support decision-making.
✔ Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data governance frameworks and industry regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years in the Financial Services industry.
- Qualifications: A B. Com Finance/Investments/Economics/Accounting or related degree.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), and familiarity with digital tools like Power BI.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Momentum Investment products and systems, as well as system development processes.
