We are seeking a dedicated Sheeter Machine Operator to join our team in Boksburg. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for the efficient operation of the Sheeter Machine, ensuring the highest quality output with minimal waste. You’ll work closely with your team to meet productivity targets while maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Operational Efficiency: Ensure the Sheeter machine runs efficiently, adhering to quality and productivity standards.
✔ Preventative Maintenance: Regularly maintain the machine to keep it in optimal condition.
✔ Quality Control: Consistently produce high-quality products while minimizing spoilage.
✔ Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to solve problems and implement solutions.
✔ Safety: Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
✔ Documentation: Accurately record time sheets and quality check data.
✔ Training: Assist in training fellow employees to enhance team capabilities.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Education: Matric or N3-6 Trade Theory or equivalent qualification.
✔ Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience operating a Sheeter Machine effectively.
✔ Technical Skills: Ability to set up, operate, and maintain the sheeter machine with precision.
✔ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and quality control.
✔ Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
✔ Physical Requirements: Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.
Advantageous Skills:
✔ Software Proficiency: Experience with Radius and Microsoft Office.
✔ Independent Worker: Ability to work with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
✔ Team Player: Ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
