Job Overview

The Project Administrator Internship is part of SHRA’s Graduate Internship Programme, designed to give unemployed young graduates (under 35) practical experience in project development, reporting, and administration within social housing. Interns will support tracking of unit completion, project reporting, tenant lists, and general project administration tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Check and verify tenant lists and reporting

  • Track project unit completion and provide updates

  • Monitor project reporting and extract key information from monthly reports

  • Verify quarterly evidence and ensure accurate documentation

  • Administer and file project-related documents

  • Assist with coordination and communication within project teams


Qualifications

Education:

  • Degree in the Built Environment (Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management) or Project Management

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Projects or similar)

  • Quick adaptability and learning skills

  • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Strong project management, coordination, and time management

  • Conflict management, innovation, and proactive approach

Experience:

  • No prior work experience required; relevant internships or academic projects advantageous
