🧾 JOB OVERVIEW

The Graduate – IT Support role is designed to give graduates hands-on exposure to user account administration and basic IT support within a global enterprise environment. You will assist with system access management, troubleshoot login issues, and ensure compliance with security and access control standards.

This programme is ideal for graduates looking to start a career in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create and manage user accounts following established procedures
Troubleshoot login, access, and permission issues
Resolve duplicate usernames and system access errors
Capture and maintain accurate user information and documentation
Follow naming conventions and internal IT standards
Support compliance with security and access control requirements

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Matric / Grade 12 (required)

Experience

No prior work experience required
Exposure to IT systems or technical environments is advantageous

Skills

Basic PC literacy (email, data entry, system navigation)
Knowledge of Active Directory (advantageous)
Strong attention to detail
Basic problem-solving skills
Good communication and organisational skills
