Job Overview
The Skills Coach role is designed to enhance team performance and customer experience through coaching, training, mentoring, and system compliance support. This position plays a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Management Team to identify performance trends and service gaps
- Propose and implement targeted training interventions
- Conduct on-the-job coaching and mentoring to reinforce best practices
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance customer experience
- Develop and facilitate training programs tailored to Installation Services
- Support the Training Officer in training facilitation
- Compile monthly knowledge assessments aligned with processes and gaps
- Participate in special projects and act as a change agent
- Provide process guidance and ensure compliance with SOPs and emergency protocols
- Draft and present management reports on training outcomes and team performance
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Ensure project deadlines are consistently met
Qualifications
π Education
- Matric / NQF Level 4
πΌ Experience
- Minimum 3 yearsβ Contact Centre experience, with at least 18 months in Tracker Contact Centre
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and training (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Tracker systems, products, and Installation services protocols
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is advantageous
π Skills & Certifications
- Accredited Assessor, Moderator, Facilitator, and Designing Learning Material (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administrative, analytical, business writing, communication, presentation, planning, and role-play skills
