Job Overview

  • NCR Atleos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join its Finance team in Cape Town.

  • The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the organisation.

  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights that support executive and Board-level decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles across all business units.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.

  • Develop detailed financial models covering revenue, costs, capital expenditure, and cash flow.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.

  • Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.

  • Support Board and Executive-level presentations with accurate financial data and analysis.

  • Act as a finance business partner by providing scenario analysis and guidance on strategic initiatives.

  • Drive process improvements, automation, and enhancements to planning and reporting frameworks.


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5โ€“7 yearsโ€™ experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial planning roles.

  • Experience working in a multinational or complex business environment.

Skills

  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle, Anaplan).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
