ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Legal Counsel will play a critical role in supporting Robert Walters’ commercial operations across the UK and EMEA regions. The position focuses heavily on high-value, complex commercial and outsourcing contracts, many of which involve multi-jurisdictional service delivery.
Beyond transactional work, the role has a strategic advisory element, supporting senior stakeholders on regulatory matters, technology adoption, business expansion, and risk management. This position offers meaningful autonomy, leadership responsibility, and exposure to major commercial decisions within a global organisation.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Draft and negotiate complex commercial and outsourcing contracts

Lead high-value, multi-jurisdictional transactions

Advise on commercial, regulatory, and strategic legal matters

Support adoption of AI and technology platforms

Assess data protection and compliance risks

Supervise and develop a junior lawyer

Education

Qualified lawyer
Experience

5–8 years PQE

Commercial law experience from a law firm or global corporate environment
