🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:
🌍 Social Media Management:

Develop, schedule, and manage posts across multiple platforms.

Engage daily with followers—respond to queries, comments, and messages promptly.

Monitor performance, track trends, and optimize based on data.

Stay on top of the latest platform updates and digital marketing trends.
💬 Customer Engagement & Support:

Create meaningful online conversations and deliver empathetic support.

Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating where necessary.

Champion a positive brand voice across all channels.
🎨 Content Creation & Strategy:

Assist with crafting engaging visuals, videos, and written content.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute creative campaigns.

Use analytics to improve the quality and performance of content.
📊 Reporting & Analytics:

Monitor metrics such as engagement rate, follower growth, and reach.

Generate reports and offer actionable insights to boost results.
✅ What You Need to Bring:
📚 Education (Non-Negotiable):

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
💼 Experience (Preferred):

At least 1 year in a social media role or similar.

Hands-on experience with creating and publishing content.

Familiarity with community engagement and customer support best practices.
🛠️ Technical & Platform Knowledge:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong grasp of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok features and algorithms.

Understanding of customer service practices and community building.
🔧 Tools & Tech (Preferred):

Social media management tools: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer.

Design & video tools: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark (or similar).
