🌐 What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute captivating social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Collaborate with the creative team and media agency to manage a monthly content calendar (organic + paid media).

Lead day-to-day community management across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter).

Monitor performance using analytics tools like Hootsuite, Meltwater, and Meta Business Suite — and provide actionable insights.

Provide live social coverage during events, launches, and brand activations.

Stay ahead of social and digital trends, particularly within the home décor and interior lifestyle niches.

Contribute fresh, on-brand campaign ideas during creative brainstorms.

Write high-quality, stylish, and brand-aligned digital copy.

Brief internal/external partners for consistent and elevated content delivery.

Promote a customer-centric, agile, and proactive digital presence.
📌 What You Bring:
Qualifications:

A diploma or degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar.
Experience:

3–4 years of experience in social media or community management.

Strong command of scheduling and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Meltwater, Meta Business Suite).

Working knowledge of paid media principles and KPIs.

A flair for design-forward content and genuine love for homeware.
