Your Role as a Social Media Customer Care Agent
As a Social Media Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service across various social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide world-class customer support on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
✅ Manage social media interactions in line with company policies.
✅ Create engaging content to enhance brand awareness.
✅ Monitor social media trends and provide insights for improvement.
✅ Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
✅ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
✅ Contribute to a positive online community by fostering meaningful interactions.
What You Need to Succeed
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role.
✔ Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (essential).
✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
✔ Knowledge of sports betting markets and industry trends.
✔ Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
✔ Familiarity with gambling regulations & compliance.
✔ Experience in customer retention strategies.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔ Ability to analyze data using pivot tables & statistical tools.
