๐ŸŽฏ Key Purpose

  • Provide world-class customer care across social media platforms.

  • Manage channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter in line with strategy and guidelines.

  • Suggest and create engaging content to boost brand awareness.

  • Actively listen to customers to improve their experience and satisfaction.

  • Liaise with senior agents and floor managers to resolve complaints or issues.

  • Monitor internal systems and report operational issues.

  • Follow company policies for capturing customer communication and proper escalation.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, JAD sessions, backlog grooming, and Agile frameworks.


๐Ÿ›  Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles.

  • Diploma or Degree (essential).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency with social media platforms and engagement strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

  • Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of sports betting markets, player behaviour, or online gaming regulations.

  • Experience in online casino or iGaming industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools.

  • Experience in customer retention strategies.
