Weโre looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Customer Care Agent to support our mission of delivering extraordinary customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
๐ฏ Key Purpose

Provide world-class customer care across social media platforms.

Manage channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter in line with strategy and guidelines.

Suggest and create engaging content to boost brand awareness.

Actively listen to customers to improve their experience and satisfaction.

Liaise with senior agents and floor managers to resolve complaints or issues.
-
Monitor internal systems and report operational issues.

Follow company policies for capturing customer communication and proper escalation.

Participate in daily stand-ups, JAD sessions, backlog grooming, and Agile frameworks.
๐ Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years in Customer Service or Contact Centre roles.

Diploma or Degree (essential).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with social media platforms and engagement strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.

Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Desirable:

Knowledge of sports betting markets, player behaviour, or online gaming regulations.

Experience in online casino or iGaming industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical tools.
