Our client, based in the Northern Suburbs, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and promoting a company’s online presence. You will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and enhancing the company’s digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
- Create and curate engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing and promoting a company’s online presence.
- Proof of portfolio or own content creation required.
