This full-time, remote position reports to the VP of Marketing and will manage digital content across multiple platforms for three different companies. If you have a passion for creativity, video editing, and social media marketing, we want to hear from you!


🔄 Key Responsibilities

🔄 Content Creation & Repurposing

✔ Develop and manage content plans for multiple brands
✔ Repurpose existing social media posts for greater impact
✔ Design engaging graphics & animations using Canva or similar tools
✔ Create and edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and Stories
✔ Utilize AI LLMs for content generation
✔ Distribute press releases effectively
✔ Manage influencer & affiliate relationships

🗓 Content Planning & Scheduling

✔ Build and maintain content calendars
✔ Schedule posts using Metricool Social Planner
✔ Align content with holidays, promotions, and campaigns

🌟 Hashtag & Trend Management

✔ Research and optimize hashtags
✔ Stay updated on social media trends
✔ Implement new engagement strategies

🔎 Competitor & Trend Analysis

✔ Monitor competitor strategies
✔ Identify emerging social media trends
✔ Experiment with fresh content formats
✔ Stay updated on algorithm changes

👑 Brand Management & Consistency

✔ Ensure brand voice & tone consistency
✔ Protect and enhance brand reputation online
✔ Develop a cohesive cross-platform brand identity

👥 Community Engagement

✔ Respond to comments, DMs & mentions daily
✔ Foster authentic relationships with followers

🎬 Platform Management

✔ Oversee all social media platforms, including:

  • Facebook (Pages, Profiles & Groups)
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • Twitter

🎉 Event Promotion

✔ Support marketing team with event promotions
✔ Create event-specific content & materials
✔ Engage attendees before & after events

📊 Analytics & Reporting

✔ Track & analyze engagement metrics
✔ Provide monthly performance reports
✔ Optimize strategies based on data insights
