We are currently looking for 2 motivated individuals to join us as Software Crystal Onboarding Admins for our 2025 intake. This is your chance to work in an operations-driven, fast-paced tech environment—gaining real work experience and support to help build your career in technology and administration. 🚀

👤 Who Can Apply?
✅ South African youth who have not previously participated in the YES programme
✅ Aged 18–29 years old
✅ Must be currently unemployed
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) is the minimum requirement
✅ A qualification related to IT, admin, or operations is advantageous
✅ Must reside close to Centurion, Gauteng
✅ No criminal record
✅ Available to start on 1 May 2025
📅 Programme Overview:
🕒 Duration: 12 Months
💰 Stipend: R5,000 per month

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🎯 Client Onboarding & Application Support
✔️ Assist in onboarding new clients to internal software systems
✔️ Provide basic support on internal admin applications
✔️ Help users navigate and run through assigned applications
✔️ Update onboarding tasks on EQM (internal system)
🗃️ Administrative & Operations Support
✔️ Maintain accurate onboarding records and task status
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
✔️ Troubleshoot basic application issues
✔️ Escalate complex issues to relevant departments as needed
