As a Software & POS Training Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring clients fully understand and utilize their systems, transforming how they run their retail businesses. From new installations to ongoing support, your guidance will drive user success.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Learn Spinnaker’s ARCH software and hardware products in detail

• Deliver engaging and clear software & POS training sessions to clients

• Break down complex functionality into bite-sized, easy-to-digest explanations

• Travel to client sites across KZN for on-site training and installations

• Support new client go-lives with occasional after-hours work

• Ensure customer readiness and satisfaction post-training

• Assist with continuous improvements to training content and materials

📋 Minimum Requirements

• A+ and N+ certifications (Compulsory)

• At least 2 years of experience in POS systems and training delivery

• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to travel regularly to client sites across KZN

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and explain complex software simply

• Clear criminal record

🎯 Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Background in FMCG/Retail sector (Training-related roles a big plus)

• CTT (Certified Technical Trainer) or equivalent teaching/training certification

• Experience with retail point-of-sale environments or technical software training

• Customer-centric and goal-driven personality
