Your Role as a Software Quality Engineer
As a Software Quality Engineer at Impact.com, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our software meets the highest standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, advocate for software testing best practices, and contribute to a quality-driven culture.
🔎 Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Perform manual and automated testing for bugs, features, and complex systems.
✔️ Certify software quality before release.
✔️ Analyze requirements and develop detailed test plans.
✔️ Create, revise, execute, and review test cases and test suites.
✔️ Monitor system health and report software defects.
✔️ Create and maintain test data and automated test scripts.
✔️ Review and contribute to pull requests and maintain technical documentation.
✔️ Work on multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
What You Need to Succeed
📌 Skills & Experience: ✔️ Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
✔️ Solid programming skills for test automation.
✔️ Deep understanding of testing methodologies and SDLC.
✔️ Ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems.
✔️ 3+ years of experience in software testing.
✔️ 2+ years of experience in test automation using multiple frameworks.
