About the Role: Software Support Analyst (UK Hours)
MRI Software is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Software Support Analyst with experience in SQL to join their Support Services team in Cape Town. You’ll be part of a global team supporting MRI’s vast suite of software products, helping clients resolve technical issues and ensuring smooth software performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver top-tier help desk services for MRI’s software products

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues using SQL queries

Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical challenges

Communicate technical concepts confidently and clearly to users

Manage case tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution

Contribute to team knowledge bases and documentation
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
