Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven individual to join our Spa Team as a Spa Attendant. In this role, you will play a key part in creating memorable experiences for our guests by assisting with their spa and wellness needs.
As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that the spa environment remains welcoming, clean, and organized, while providing excellent customer service to our guests. You will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain the luxury standards that Four Seasons is known for.
Key Responsibilities
💆♀️ Spa Guest Experience – Welcome guests to the spa, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with their needs throughout their visit.
🧖♂️ Spa Maintenance – Ensure the cleanliness and organization of spa treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and public spaces.
🛁 Prepare Spa Facilities – Assist in preparing treatment rooms and other spa areas to ensure they are ready for each guest.
📝 Stock and Inventory – Monitor and replenish spa supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of products and amenities.
📅 Booking and Scheduling – Assist guests with booking spa appointments and managing schedules.
🌱 Health and Safety Compliance – Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
💬 Team Collaboration – Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Skills
🔹 Legal Right to Work in South Africa – Successful candidates must possess the legal right to work in South Africa.
🔹 Experience – Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or wellness industry is preferred.
