Job Overview
SPAR Western Cape is offering a Degree Graduate Internship aimed at providing structured workplace exposure to recent graduates. The programme is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional employment by offering hands-on experience, mentoring, and skills development within a leading FMCG and retail environment. Graduates will be placed in one of several core business disciplines, depending on organisational needs and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the assigned department
