As the Specialist Analyst for Customer Experience Channel Management, you will be pivotal in optimizing customer interactions and enhancing our platform’s efficiency. You will work with various internal teams to identify gaps, streamline communication channels, and drive strategies that ensure customers receive the best experience.
π Key Responsibilities:

π Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and channel management.
π Qualifications & Experience:

Degree in Business Administration, Customer Experience, or related fields.

Proven experience in Customer Experience Management and channel optimization.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience working with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
