What You’ll Do in This Role
As a Specialist Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in shaping our recruitment strategy and securing the best talent in the industry:

Sourcing Expert: Leverage modern and advanced sourcing techniques—online and offline—to find candidates that match Nedbank’s values and business needs.

Data-Driven Recruiter: Use data insights and analytics to optimise recruitment performance and improve results continuously.

Market Intelligence Specialist: Stay ahead of industry trends and understand talent market dynamics to stay competitive.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
We’re seeking a professional who is passionate about recruitment and thrives in a purpose-driven environment:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment across diverse role types.

Expertise in recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
