Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide excellent, holistic, patient-centred palliative care
✔️ Be part of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team including doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, and volunteers
✔️ Medicine management, care planning, and discharge planning
✔️ Assist with personal care, nutrition, and all activities of daily living
✔️ Contribute to a friendly, dynamic, and supportive work environment

To succeed in the role of Staff Nurse, you should possess the following qualities and skills:
✔️ Compassionate and patient-centred approach
✔️ Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and patients

Required Qualifications:
✔️ Registered Nurse with experience in palliative care or similar settings
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
