What You’ll Experience in the Program:

The CA(SA) Training Programme spans 36 months, offering a carefully crafted learning path:

  • First Year:
    • 📊 Finance-Focused Rotations: Begin with core rotations in finance to build essential SAICA competencies and gain a comprehensive view of banking operations.
  • Second Year:
    • 🔄 Tailored Rotations: Personalize your training with rotations that suit your unique skills and competency needs, while expanding your expertise in the field.
  • Third Year:
    • 🚀 Finalize Your Path: Delve deeper into your areas of interest, complete the final SAICA competencies, and prepare for a permanent placement in a leadership role.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about accounting and ready to lead the future of business:

  • Qualifications:

    • Postgraduate degree from a SAICA-accredited university (e.g., Honours in Accounting, Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA), Graduate Diploma in Accounting (GDA)).
    • Eligibility to write the ITC Board assessment after completing GDA, CTA, or PGDA.
    • Please note: Candidates currently completing CTA level 1 or BCTA (Bridging course into CTA) are not eligible to apply.

  • Skills & Competencies:
