Key Responsibilities:

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Coordinate with Purchasing Team: Work closely with the purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring inventory meets the demands of the business.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Track and Record Inventory: Monitor stock movements and keep precise records to ensure stock levels are accurate and discrepancies are avoided.
  • ๐Ÿ” Conduct Regular Stock Audits: Regularly audit stock to identify any discrepancies, address issues promptly, and ensure smooth stock management.
  • ๐Ÿšš Collaborate with Logistics: Work alongside the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery and distribution of inventory across departments.
  • ๐Ÿ“ˆ Utilize Stock Management Software: Leverage stock management tools to track stock levels and streamline processes, improving efficiency across departments.
  • ๐Ÿ“‘ Generate Reports: Create detailed reports on inventory turnover, stock movements, and stock levels to provide insights for effective decision-making.
  • ๐Ÿ”’ Implement Inventory Control Measures: Identify and implement strategies to minimize stock loss and boost efficiency in the management of inventory.
  • ๐Ÿ“ž Communication: Notify relevant departments of stock availability, shortages, or any stock-related issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • ๐Ÿงฎ Assist in Forecasting Needs: Help forecast stock needs and manage the replenishment process to meet business demands.

Requirements:

  • โœ”๏ธ Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Stock Administrator or in a similar inventory management role is advantageous.
  • โœ”๏ธ Knowledge of Inventory Practices: Familiarity with inventory management processes and best practices.
  • โœ”๏ธ Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze stock data, track trends, and identify inefficiencies.
  • โœ”๏ธ Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
