Hyundai Alberton is looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller with automotive industry experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring all vehicle stock transactions are processed accurately and on time while supporting dealership operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and process vehicle stock transactions accurately using standard operating procedures.

• Maintain accurate vehicle inventory records and documentation.

• Provide efficient controller support to the Accountant and Dealer Principal.

• Ensure all vehicle movements are correctly recorded in the system (Autoline preferred).

• Coordinate with sales managers, workshop staff, suppliers, and trade representatives.

• Use stock control and location equipment effectively.

• Deliver courteous and professional service to internal and external customers.

• Generate and maintain Excel reports for stock control.

📌 Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Stock Controller in the motor industry

• Proficient in Autoline (or similar dealership management systems)

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) principles

• High attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
