Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

Driving Sales: Boost turnover to meet and exceed store targets.

Expense Control: Manage store expenses within company guidelines.

Stock Management: Prevent stock losses by adhering to company shrinkage standards.

People Management: Recruit, develop, lead and inspire store staff.

Visual Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategies to elevate brand experience.

Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service that meets and exceeds expectations.
Qualifications & Experience:

Matric Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years’ retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership/management role
