Key Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Driving Sales: Boost turnover to meet and exceed store targets.

• Expense Control: Manage store expenses within company guidelines.

• Stock Management: Prevent stock losses by adhering to company shrinkage standards.

• People Management: Recruit, develop, lead and inspire store staff.

• Visual Merchandising: Execute in-store merchandising strategies to elevate brand experience.

• Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service that meets and exceeds expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years’ retail experience with at least 1 year in a store leadership/management role
