Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive turnover & achieve sales targets: Lead by example to meet and exceed store revenue goals.

  • Expense & stock loss control: Manage expenses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.

  • Team leadership: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Lead with motivation and accountability.

  • Visual merchandising & store standards: Maintain an appealing, brand-right shopping environment.

  • Customer excellence: Execute Totalsports’ customer service strategy, ensuring every shopper leaves satisfied.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate (essential)

  • 3+ years retail experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role

  • A relevant Retail or Business qualification will be advantageous
