📋 Position Summary

As a Store Manager, you will lead the store team to drive sales, control stock, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will ensure the store runs efficiently and meets its financial and operational goals while maintaining JAM’s high standards.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Drive store turnover and achieve sales targets through effective team leadership.

• Manage stock control and shrinkage to align with company standards.

• Lead recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.

• Ensure store presentation meets brand and visual merchandising standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and execute the company’s customer service strategy.

✔️ Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.

• At least 2 years’ experience in fashion retail management.

• Proven success in stock control and loss prevention.
