Key Responsibilities

🔑 Sales & Target Management

  • Drive turnover and sales to meet and exceed store targets.
  • Implement strategies to control expenses and ensure store profitability.
  • Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage is in line with company standards.

👥 People Management

  • Oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
  • Create a motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and a culture of high performance.

📊 Customer Service Excellence

  • Implement customer service strategies to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build long-term customer loyalty through exceptional service and brand experience.

📦 Merchandising & Inventory Control

  • Ensure the execution of merchandising strategies and store standards are met.
  • Control stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure stock is well-presented and accessible.

Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Educational Requirements

  • A Matric Certificate or equivalent.

💼 Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years’ retail experience, including at least 1 year in store leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
