Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Performance Management
- Lead the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor store expenses and work to optimize profitability while adhering to company standards.
- Manage stock loss to ensure shrinkage aligns with company expectations.

- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their performance.
- Drive employee engagement, ensuring a motivated and productive team.
- Implement performance management strategies and resolve any employee relations issues.
π¦ Inventory & Merchandising
- Ensure that merchandising strategies are executed to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and organize inventory to meet customer demand.

Qualifications & Experience
π Educational Requirements
- Matric Certificate or equivalent.
πΌ Experience
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in store leadership or management.
- Proven track record in sales and people management.
