🌎 Your Mission as a Strategic Customer Development Manager
As Strategic Customer Development (SCD) Manager based in Brazil, you will play a pivotal role in expanding USP’s presence in the Biologics and Microbiology sectors across Latin America, focusing on key markets including Brazil (50%), Mexico (30%), Argentina (20%), and Colombia (10%).
You will take charge of managing strategic relationships with around 30 high-value accounts while aligning local customer engagement strategies with USP’s global Biologics initiatives. You will be working cross-functionally with regional marketing, scientific, and external affairs teams to amplify the organization’s influence on public health.
🌟 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customer engagement plans to promote USP’s Biologics and microbiology products.

Deepen relationships with current clients and strategically grow new accounts in target LATAM markets.

Represent LATAM in USP’s global Biologics strategy meetings and champion regional needs.

Deliver insights to senior management through data analysis, market intelligence, and revenue trend reports.

Facilitate technical workshops and trainings for regulators and stakeholders across LATAM.

Act as a strategic advisor by identifying gaps in client needs and proposing value-added solutions.

Drive visibility by participating in industry forums, trade shows, and in-person or virtual events.
✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.

Proven experience in sales and account management within biotechnology, pharma, or biopharma lab services.

Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
-
Ability to travel across LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia).

Fluency in Portuguese, with proficiency in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong scientific acumen with knowledge of pharma industry trends.

Hands-on experience in analytical laboratories.

Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
