About the Role
Are you ready to energize your sales career with a world-renowned brand? Red Bull South Africa is seeking a dynamic Striker to represent the brand within retail and impulse accounts across Johannesburg. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on engaging customers, managing product availability, and maximizing sales through effective territory and stock management.
As a Striker, you will ensure that Red Bull’s “Perfect Store” concept is delivered flawlessly—this means focusing on product availability, visibility, communication, and strategic placements to boost sales performance in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities

Territory Coverage: Manage and cover your designated geographic area effectively to maximize Red Bull sales presence.

Perfect Store Execution: Ensure all retail and impulse accounts maintain the highest standards in product availability and visual merchandising.

Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts and excess stock.

Point of Sale (POS) Management: Oversee and update POS materials to enhance consumer engagement.

Administration and Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, stock levels, and account performance; report regularly to management.
What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail.

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively (90-100% travel required).

Strong communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers and store owners.

Commercial awareness and basic knowledge of commercial math.

Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally mobile Field Force automation tools.

Deep understanding of Off-Premise channels including retail, impulse, and non-traditional outlets.
