This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in student engagement, recruitment, and guiding prospective students through their academic journey—from first contact to final registration.
👨🏫 What You’ll Be Doing
🎯 Student Engagement & Presentations
-
Deliver dynamic presentations to high school learners to showcase the value of The IIE’s brands.
-
Represent the institution at career expos and stakeholder events.
-
Promote the institution by distributing marketing materials and answering queries.
-
Meet monthly targets for presentations and brand activations.
📋 Student Recruitment
-
Conduct structured interviews with prospective students and their parents.
-
Assist with online applications during interviews and follow up on outstanding application requirements.
-
Convert enquiries and interviews into successful student applications and registrations.
💻 Database & Admin Management
-
Collect and maintain an up-to-date database of prospective students from schools.
-
Track and record calls, interviews, and conversions via CRM and daily reports.
-
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal policies.
🧠 Sales Targets & Performance
-
Consistently achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs for interviews, applications, and registrations.

Work with urgency and drive to meet campus registration goals.
✅ Minimum Requirements
-
National Diploma (NQF6) with at least 3 years of sales experience
OR -
National Senior Certificate with 5 years of proven sales experience
Special Requirements:

Driver’s License and Own Reliable Vehicle (compulsory)
