Learnership Overview

Sun International, through The Maslow Hotel Sandton, is offering a 12-month hospitality learnership aimed at unemployed youth who have completed Grade 12. The programme is outcome-based, combining theoretical learning with practical workplace experience.

Learners will be required to successfully complete both classroom-based training and on-the-job learning to qualify for a formal, accredited qualification. The learnership is designed to address skills shortages in the hospitality sector while improving employability.

Key Responsibilities

Learners will:

Participate in structured hospitality training programmes
Complete required theoretical learning modules
Gain hands-on workplace experience in a hotel environment
Deliver high standards of customer service
Work collaboratively with hotel teams
Adhere to operational, safety, and service standards

Qualifications

Education
