The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships, driving supply chain innovation, and enabling end-to-end operations that support brand growth and customer satisfaction.

📊 Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop short- and long-term demand plans using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and proprietary P&G platforms.

• Use advanced analytics to ensure supply meets market needs efficiently.

🧪 Supply Chain Innovation

• Lead implementation of new supply chain initiatives, including supporting new product launches in collaboration with Brand Teams.

• Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize process efficiency and reduce operational costs.

🤝 Customer Collaboration

• Work closely with supply chain partners and customers to enhance value and build long-term business relationships.

• Support Sales teams to improve planning of promotions, product features, and retail execution.

🔗 E2E Supply Chain Synchronization

• Drive end-to-end supply chain coordination with a strong focus on customer experience.

• Ensure all supply chain stages—from manufacturing to delivery—are aligned for optimal performance.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Strong written and spoken proficiency in English.

• Excellent command of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
