The Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in enhancing customer relationships, driving supply chain innovation, and enabling end-to-end operations that support brand growth and customer satisfaction.

📊 Demand Planning & Forecasting

Develop short- and long-term demand plans using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and proprietary P&G platforms.

Use advanced analytics to ensure supply meets market needs efficiently.
🧪 Supply Chain Innovation

Lead implementation of new supply chain initiatives, including supporting new product launches in collaboration with Brand Teams.

Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize process efficiency and reduce operational costs.
🤝 Customer Collaboration

Work closely with supply chain partners and customers to enhance value and build long-term business relationships.

Support Sales teams to improve planning of promotions, product features, and retail execution.
🔗 E2E Supply Chain Synchronization

Drive end-to-end supply chain coordination with a strong focus on customer experience.

Ensure all supply chain stages—from manufacturing to delivery—are aligned for optimal performance.
🎓 Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Strong written and spoken proficiency in English.

Excellent command of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
