You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to clients, ensuring smooth software performance, and resolving queries related to our platforms and systems. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide remote technical support to international clients

  • Troubleshoot and resolve software or system-related queries

  • Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases

  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed

  • Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service delivery

  • Collaborate with global teams in multiple time zones


Key Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset
