Talent Pool is actively hiring a Support Analyst to join our dynamic team working during USA time zones. This is an exciting opportunity for tech-savvy professionals who enjoy helping others, solving complex issues, and are comfortable working overnight hours (South African time).
You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier technical support to clients, ensuring smooth software performance, and resolving queries related to our platforms and systems. This role is ideal for night-shift professionals or individuals seeking international exposure in a fully remote, digitally advanced work environment.
What You’ll Do:

Provide remote technical support to international clients

Troubleshoot and resolve software or system-related queries

Document solutions and update internal knowledge bases

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed

Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service delivery

Collaborate with global teams in multiple time zones
Key Requirements:

Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

Comfortable working night shifts (18:00–03:00 SAST)

Previous experience in a support or technical role preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and handle pressure

Familiarity with help desk systems and ticket management

Ability to pass a criminal background check
