๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿ’ผ Key Responsibilities:

โœ” Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, remote support, and live chat
โœ” Handle software-related queries using tools like TeamViewer
โœ” Regularly update customers on open ticketsโ€”even when escalated
โœ” Resolve issues independently, minimizing the need for escalations
โœ” Accurately document support interactions and maintain detailed ticket records
โœ” Stay updated with product knowledge, especially on LexisConvey updates


โœ… Minimum Requirements:

๐ŸŽ“ Matric (Grade 12)
๐Ÿ“„ Minimum 3 yearsโ€™ experience in a conveyancing environment
๐Ÿ’ป Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Word
๐Ÿ“ž Excellent communication and telephone skills
๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Knowledge of LexisConvey is advantageous
๐ŸŽ“ A+ / N+ qualifications are highly beneficial
๐ŸŽ“ Paralegal Certificate โ€“ an added advantage
