π― Role Purpose
The Surgical Assistant will work within the Reconstruction Division, supporting the sales team and Orthopaedic Surgeons to ensure the correct application and usage of the companyβs surgical products. The role combines theatre support, customer engagement, and sales collaboration to achieve business targets and improve patient outcomes.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in theatre during surgical procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons and other stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Sales Representatives to ensure target achievement in the allocated territory.

Monitor competitive activity and provide feedback to the sales team.

Promote correct usage and application of surgical products to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Registered Nurse (Theatre experience required)

Valid Driverβs License and own vehicle
