Job Overview

Kaelo is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to act as a strategic bridge between business objectives and technical execution. This role goes beyond requirements gathering and includes full ownership of the solution lifecycle.

he successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable IT solutions.

• Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS).

• Create functional requirements, BPMN process flows, wireframes, and mock screens.

• Define explicit business and system rules to guide development teams.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure solutions align with business intent.

• Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, and delivery milestones.

• Provide quality assurance oversight and support system testing activities.

• Conduct business process analysis to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.

• Propose innovative and strategic technology solutions to management.

• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance analysis practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in business analysis within the SDLC.

• Proven experience managing and delivering projects end-to-end.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in BPMN, wireframing, and defining complex system rules.

• Experience with project management methodologies (PMBOK or PRINCE2 advantageous).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Working knowledge of tools such as Visio and Jira.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
