Solugrowth is hiring Talent Acquisition Consultants to join its BPO H2R – HR Payroll division in Pretoria. This exciting contract role is ideal for HR professionals with proven experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate assessment to onboarding and performance evaluation.

π Key Responsibilities

Forecast hiring needs and prepare strategic hiring plans.

Draft and update job descriptions and specifications.

Collaborate with hiring managers to align job expectations.
-
Manage vacancy workflows, approvals, and postings using DirectHire.
-
Conduct compensation and benefits analyses.
-
Source and attract candidates via social platforms and niche sites.
-
Review applications and shortlist high-potential candidates.
-
Schedule interviews and assessments, including ShadowMatch.
-
Conduct background, credit, and reference checks.
-
Coordinate onboarding and assist with employment contracts.
-
Support HR admin, invoicing, and career events planning.
-
Contribute to recruitment marketing and lead generation.

Track recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill and source of hire.

Maintain long-term candidate relationships for talent pipelines.
π Qualifications & Experience
-
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar role.
-
Familiarity with ATS (especially DirectHire) and resume databases.
-
Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and skills assessment coordination.
-
Understanding of basic labour laws and recruitment compliance.
-
Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills.
-
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
-
BSc or Diploma in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related field is an advantage.
