About the Role:
Bidvest Bank is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on a 6-month contract basis. This role will focus on attracting and sourcing talent, conducting interviews, managing candidate experiences, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and be able to drive the recruitment process efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Sourcing & Recruitment

Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent

Post job openings on multiple platforms and search for candidates proactively
πΉ Candidate Screening & Interviews

Screen CVs and assess candidates based on qualifications, capabilities, and cultural fit

Conduct interviews and ensure candidates align with Bidvest Bankβs standards

Perform thorough background checks, reference checks, and manage the pre-employment process
πΉ Candidate Experience

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

Provide detailed feedback to candidates and hiring managers
πΉ Stakeholder Management

Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR team members to ensure smooth recruitment processes

Provide insights on recruitment trends and market conditions to assist in decision-making
πΉ Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Produce monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies for better efficiency and results

Required Qualifications & Experience:
π Education:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology
π Experience:

Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across multiple levels

Strong track record in stakeholder management and building effective relationships
π Skills & Competencies:

In-depth understanding of recruitment practices and market trends
