About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hilti, you will be a crucial member of our META Talent Acquisition team. You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Africa Region, while developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs. This role is key in supporting Hilti’s global mission of being an employer of choice.

What You’ll Do:

🌟 Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements

  • Source, screen, interview candidates, and present offers, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience

🌟 Talent Pool Management

  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline using Hilti’s TRM platform

  • Manage internal and external talent pools to meet current and future recruitment needs

  • Support internal talent through assessment centers and interviews

🌟 University & Employer Branding

  • Develop relationships with local universities to attract top talent through partnerships and internships

  • Lead social media campaigns and employer branding efforts to attract and engage the best candidates

🌟 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with both local and regional HR teams

  • Provide recruitment support across other META markets as needed

  • Offer strategic input on local hiring needs and provide solutions in a timely manner

What We Need:

🔑 Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

  • Proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders across a multinational organization

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including HCM and ATS

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team members

  • Strong follow-up skills and proactive execution

  • High candidate-centric mindset and the ability to create an exceptional candidate experience

  • Proven success in managing diverse recruitment campaigns in fast-paced environments
