About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hilti, you will be a crucial member of our META Talent Acquisition team. You will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Africa Region, while developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future needs. This role is key in supporting Hilti’s global mission of being an employer of choice.
What You’ll Do:
🌟 Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and stakeholders

Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and job requirements

Source, screen, interview candidates, and present offers, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
🌟 Talent Pool Management

Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline using Hilti’s TRM platform

Manage internal and external talent pools to meet current and future recruitment needs

Support internal talent through assessment centers and interviews
🌟 University & Employer Branding

Develop relationships with local universities to attract top talent through partnerships and internships

Lead social media campaigns and employer branding efforts to attract and engage the best candidates
🌟 Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with both local and regional HR teams

Provide recruitment support across other META markets as needed

Offer strategic input on local hiring needs and provide solutions in a timely manner

What We Need:
🔑 Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes

Proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders across a multinational organization

Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including HCM and ATS
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team members
