This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role, ideal for professionals with strong interpersonal skills and experience in recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to providing a seamless hiring experience. Your role will include:
✅ Sourcing: Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and sourcing the best candidates.
✅ Candidate Screening: Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates’ qualifications, skills, and capabilities.
✅ Pre-employment Process: Conducting thorough background checks, reference checks, and managing the pre-employment process.
✅ Candidate Experience: Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview and hiring process.
✅ Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with various internal stakeholders and providing insights on recruitment trends.
✅ Reporting: Monthly recruitment tracking and reporting. Continuously improving the recruitment process to drive efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have:
🎓 Education:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology.
💼 Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
🛠 Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to improve recruitment processes and drive efficiencies.
