Key Responsibilities:

Talent & Performance Management

✔️ Engage with consultants across IMEA to understand their strengths, development goals, and career aspirations
✔️ Collaborate with partners to align staffing needs with consultant preferences
✔️ Provide career coaching and feedback, ensuring professional growth
✔️ Participate in performance reviews and quality assurance processes
✔️ Track consultants’ skills, experiences, and progress to recommend appropriate training and development

Staffing & Resource Deployment

✔️ Coordinate staffing assignments to ensure the best fit for projects
✔️ Manage business development, internal initiatives, and leave requests
✔️ Work closely with CCG and ACG teams to balance workload and career development
✔️ Track and manage consultants’ learning and development opportunities
✔️ Support well-being initiatives and work-life balance strategies

Office & Talent Strategy

✔️ Monitor and enhance office morale, working closely with leadership
✔️ Act as the main point of contact for talent-related concerns
✔️ Identify and implement strategies for workforce optimization
✔️ Support local and global talent programs, including business school sponsorships


What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree required
🔹 Experience: 2-4 years in a fast-paced, client-driven environment (HR/Talent Management experience preferred)
🔹 Skills:
✔️ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
✔️ Proactive, positive attitude with problem-solving abilities
✔️ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔️ Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment
✔️ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and data analysis tools
✔️ Fluency in English (written & verbal)
