Requirements:
- Relevant HR qualification and a valid driver’s license.
- HR management experience, with organizational development and IT environment experience as advantages.
- High performance, accountability, problem-solving, coaching, mentoring, and reporting skills.
- Strong relationship management, business acumen, and understanding of HR policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnering with Company/HR Centres of Excellence
- Collaborate with HR centers to develop policies, programs, and tools for long-term business needs.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employment laws, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Ensure HR policy compliance, risk management, and diversity initiatives.
2. HR Strategy and Enablement
- Provide strategic direction integrating HR management aspects.
- Implement HR plans, projects, and allocate resources effectively.
3. Performance Achievement/Management
- Develop a system for team member development, engagement, feedback, and growth.
- Conduct performance appraisals, implement improvement plans, and support business goals.
4. Talent Architecture and Planning
- Develop and deploy Talent Management Strategy across offices and talent segments.
- Identify talent needs, high performers, and career development opportunities.
5. Career Management
- Enable team members to set career goals, understand opportunities, and receive coaching.
- Conduct career conversations, develop succession plans, and assess talent gaps.
6. Employee Rewards
- Plan, manage, and implement the Rewards program for compensation and incentives.
7. Employee Relations
- Provide HR support for labor relations, policies, discipline, transitions, and exits.
- Guide managers on IR policies, legal updates, and good practices.
8. Reports and Personnel Data
- Manage employee data and HRIS for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Provide value-added reports, adhoc reporting, and trend analysis.
