KPMG is seeking a Tax & Legal Risk Compliance Specialist to ensure that all internal risk management procedures are adhered to across Tax & Legal engagements. The role is critical for compliance and governance, ensuring client work meets KPMG’s high standards.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📌 Risk Management & Compliance

• Complete internal risk management processes before engaging with clients

• Keep updated on changes to risk management policies and procedures

• Assist with queries related to risk management

• Communicate updates to engagement teams at various stages

💻 Client & Engagement Administration

• Load client information onto client and engagement management systems

• Apply for client forensic reports

• Assist engagement teams with queries relating to the client-take-on process

• Attend team meetings and relevant training sessions

🤝 Stakeholder Liaison

• Liaise with stakeholders at different levels within the firm

• Provide guidance and support to engagement teams regarding risk processes

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Education: Matric plus Diploma/Degree in Risk Management or Commerce

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in operational risk management

• Experience in a corporate environment is advantageous
