Job Overview
The Teaching and Learning Intern will support the Blended Learning Innovation Support and Services (BLISS) team in developing and managing e-assessment tools and platforms. This role is ideal for graduates interested in education technology, data analysis, and academic support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing e-assessment activities and question banks
- Support scheduling and management of online assessments
- Help create training materials for objective assessments
- Assist with training preparation for students and academic staff
- Provide technical support on online assessment platforms
- Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
- Support evaluation of teaching and learning initiatives
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or B-Tech (NQF Level 7)
Experience
- No prior formal work experience required
- Must not be currently enrolled in another internship/learnership
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in education technology and e-learning platforms
