Job Overview

The Teaching and Learning Intern will support the Blended Learning Innovation Support and Services (BLISS) team in developing and managing e-assessment tools and platforms. This role is ideal for graduates interested in education technology, data analysis, and academic support services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing e-assessment activities and question banks
  • Support scheduling and management of online assessments
  • Help create training materials for objective assessments
  • Assist with training preparation for students and academic staff
  • Provide technical support on online assessment platforms
  • Collect and analyze data for reporting purposes
  • Support evaluation of teaching and learning initiatives

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or B-Tech (NQF Level 7)

Experience

  • No prior formal work experience required
  • Must not be currently enrolled in another internship/learnership

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
