We are seeking a German-speaking Tech & Payment Support Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing support team. This remote role is ideal for tech-savvy, bilingual professionals who thrive in solving complex customer queries, especially within digital payments and technical systems. You’ll work closely with internal product and engineering teams while delivering seamless support to our customers.
π Key Responsibilities

Deliver top-tier technical and payment support in German and English via email, chat, and ticketing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payment processing, account management, and platform navigation.

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams while keeping users informed throughout the support journey.

Monitor and document recurring issues to help improve product features and user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline support workflows and knowledge base articles.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
π Minimum Requirements

Language: Native or professional fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential.

Experience: 2+ years in technical support, fintech, or SaaS environments.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of payment systems, APIs, and SaaS platforms

Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
