🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time technical assistance via phone, email, or digital platforms.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to fibre, routers, modems, and basic network configurations.

  • Guide customers through detailed and effective resolution processes.

  • Escalate complex technical cases to specialist internal teams.

  • Document all customer interactions clearly within internal CRM systems.

  • Resolve billing-related queries and offer tailored upgrade suggestions when relevant.

  • Deliver on performance KPIs: resolution rates, response times, CSAT, and retention.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service.

  • Recommend and implement ideas to improve customer service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.


✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory).

  • 2+ years’ experience in international customer service or technical support roles.

  • Knowledge of fibre optics, internet services, and basic networking principles.

  • Familiarity with call centre software and CRM tools.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Night shift availability and flexibility within a 24/7 shift rotation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advantageous).

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Experience working with KPIs and performance-based environments.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
