🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide real-time technical assistance via phone, email, or digital platforms.

Troubleshoot issues related to fibre, routers, modems, and basic network configurations.

Guide customers through detailed and effective resolution processes.

Escalate complex technical cases to specialist internal teams.

Document all customer interactions clearly within internal CRM systems.

Resolve billing-related queries and offer tailored upgrade suggestions when relevant.

Deliver on performance KPIs: resolution rates, response times, CSAT, and retention.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure high-quality service.

Recommend and implement ideas to improve customer service delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
✅ Minimum Requirements
-
Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory).
-
2+ years’ experience in international customer service or technical support roles.

Knowledge of fibre optics, internet services, and basic networking principles.

Familiarity with call centre software and CRM tools.
-
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
-
Night shift availability and flexibility within a 24/7 shift rotation.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advantageous).
-
Strong troubleshooting abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Experience working with KPIs and performance-based environments.

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards.
